2.      this is the type of leader that thinks you are psychic and can read minds. They cannot communicate well. They tend to get angry if you do not do what they say or work at their level. Either you are not fast enough, you talk too much, etc.

                                                            iii.      A good positional leader is either mastered the art of positional leadership or is quickly on their way up.

1.      A good positional leader will quickly find resources to accomplish the task at hand.

2.      They will empower others to fulfill the goal.

                                                            iii.      We submit to the pastor of our church. We are not bound to submit. It is a voluntary submission.
