Introduction
Overview: Spiritual Disciplines opens the door for freedom. Prayer,
fasting, worship, solitude, study and similar disciples set us free from
ourselves. They set us free from sin, fear and doubt. Jesus practiced them
and encouraged us to do the same.

Class 2: Study Part 1
Overview: The discipline of Study does more to renew the mind than
any other discipline. Study will free you from sin. Study will transform and
renew your mind. There are basically four steps to study.

Overview: By practicing the discipline of study, we will know the
truth and the knowledge of truth will set us free. A spiritual experience

Class 4 :
Simple Prayer
Overview: Simple prayer is a generic term for prayer in its rawest
form. This is the kind of prayer doesn't worry about protocol. It does not
worry about tradition or form. It is just talking to God. This prayer can
best be described as "the good, the bad and the ugly." We come to God
without pretext.

Class 5: Forsaken Prayers
Overview: On the cross, Jesus cried out, "My God, my God, why have
you forsaken me?" In this class we look at the prayers of the forsaken and
how God values them.
